Myanna Dellinger Chosen to Teach International Environmental Law in China, Writes on Environmental Subjects

During the late summer of 2014, Myanna Dellinger will be teaching international environmental law at the Chinese University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, a renowned Chinese legal institution. Professor Dellinger will be focusing on national and international aspects of climate change, wildlife law, hazardous waste, environmental human rights and public participation. China has recently adopted extensive federal public participation laws, an area in which Professor Dellinger researches and writes.

Professor Dellinger’s article, “That’s Wild – The Ongoing International Trade in Endangered Species,” was published in the Orange County Lawyer Magazine in December 2013, and she has blogged on the subject of poaching, climate change and water rights on the Contracts Law for Contracts Prof Blog, the nation’s only network of legal blogs edited primarily by law professors, for which she is a regular blogger.
